Classic management development is an internal process where the company gathers one or more management teams who undertake a number of modules/sessions, run concurrent projects in the organisation, work together, receive individual coaching – and, in addition to own learning, give the organisation a cultural lift and a common platform.

Human House recommends Mannaz's well-known management courses for individuals who want a course away from the workplace in a mixed group of participants.
